    These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy available at\u00a0[insert your privacy policy URL]<\/strong>\u00a0(the \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) and any rules, policies, terms, and conditions referenced or linked herein (collectively, the \u201cAgreement\u201d), govern your access to and use of the Unlimited Workforce website located at\u00a0https:\/\/www.unlimited-workforce.com\/<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(the \u201cSite\u201d).<\/p>

    This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you (\u201cyou\u201d or \u201cUser\u201d) and\u00a0Unlimited Workforce Ltd.<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cUnlimited Workforce\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.<\/p>

    The Site is a\u00a0corporate informational platform<\/strong>\u00a0only. It does\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0provide a marketplace or a digital service-matching platform. Unlimited Workforce does\u00a0not<\/strong>\u00a0offer mobile applications, user accounts, or peer-to-peer contracting features. Our services as a company are rendered strictly through\u00a0formal Service Agreements<\/strong>\u00a0signed with contractors, developers, and construction companies.<\/p>

    By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
    (i) you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
    (ii) if acting on behalf of a company, you have full authority to bind that entity.<\/p>

    To the extent permitted by law, these Terms include:<\/p>

    • Your agreement that the Site is provided \u201cas is\u201d and without warranty (Section 13).<\/li>
    • Your acknowledgment that Unlimited Workforce does not provide user-to-user matching or communication tools, nor does it function as a staffing agency marketplace (Section 1).<\/li>
    • Your agreement that all operational, commercial, and payment terms applicable to services are governed exclusively by written Service Agreements executed with Unlimited Workforce (Section 3).<\/li>
    • Your consent to the collection and handling of data pursuant to our Privacy Policy.<\/li>
    • Your consent to any future modifications of this Agreement (Section 14).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      a. Informational Site Only
      <\/strong>The Site is intended solely to provide information about Unlimited Workforce Ltd., including our services, capabilities, areas of expertise, and corporate background.\u00a0The Site does not connect Users with workers, does not schedule labour, and does not facilitate direct contracting or communication between clients and workers.

      <\/strong>Unlimited Workforce operates exclusively as a\u00a0subcontractor<\/strong>, providing specialized labour teams, supervision, equipment, and operational support to general contractors and developers under formal contractual agreements.<\/p>

      b. No Professional Services via the Site<\/strong>
      All labour, operational support, and on-site services (\u201cOperational Services\u201d) are delivered solely under\u00a0signed Service Agreements<\/strong>. These agreements define:<\/p>

      • Scope of work<\/li>
      • Pricing and rate sheets<\/li>
      • Minimum hours and cancellation policies<\/li>
      • Payment terms<\/li>
      • Safety requirements<\/li>
      • Responsibilities of the hiring contractor<\/li><\/ul>

        The Site itself does not and cannot be used to request, schedule, or confirm any manpower.<\/p>

        c. No Liability Derived from Site Use<\/strong>
        By using the Site, you agree that Unlimited Workforce is not responsible for any:<\/p>

        • Interpretation or misuse of the information displayed<\/li>
        • Assumptions regarding availability, pricing, or service delivery<\/li>
        • Actions or omissions resulting from reliance on the Site<\/li><\/ul>

          For operational matters, only the executed Service Agreement governs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          a. Information Submission<\/strong>
          Some portions of the Site may allow you to submit forms, inquiries, or contact requests. You agree that any information you provide will be true, accurate, and complete.<\/p>

          b. No User Accounts or Passwords<\/strong>
          The Site does not provide user registration, login systems, or password-protected areas.
          Any personal information submitted is handled according to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

          c. Communication<\/strong>
          By submitting your email or phone number, you consent to being contacted by Unlimited Workforce solely for business or informational purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          a. Payments Governed by Service Agreements Only<\/strong>
          Unlimited Workforce does not process payments through the Site.
          All invoicing and payments are governed exclusively by the signed Service Agreement, which includes:<\/p>

          • Weekly invoicing<\/li>
          • 14-day payment terms<\/li>
          • GST application under Canadian law<\/li>
          • Accepted payment methods (cheque, direct deposit, e-transfer)<\/li>
          • Credit card surcharge (4% + $0.15)<\/li><\/ul>

            b. Standard Commercial Policies<\/strong>
            The following policies apply to all clients and are outlined in the Service Agreement:
            \u2022 Minimum 4 hours billable per worker per day
            \u2022 Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice incurs a 2-hour show-up fee per worker
            \u2022 Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of manpower supply
            \u2022 Outstanding invoices over 60 days incur 4% interest per month
            \u2022 Direct hiring of Unlimited Workforce staff without consent incurs an 8% annual salary fee<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            a. Term of Site Use<\/strong>
            This Agreement remains in effect while you access or use the Site.

            b. Termination by Unlimited Workforce<\/strong>
            We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

            c. Effect of Termination<\/strong>
            Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              You agree not to:<\/p>

              a. Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.
              b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or networks.
              c. Distribute malware, automated scripts, or harmful code.
              d. Copy, scrape, or misuse content or materials from the Site.
              e. Use the Site for commercial solicitation unrelated to Unlimited Workforce services.
              f. Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUnlimited Workforce is a subcontractor, not an employer of Users, nor does it recruit or staff through the Site.\nAll employment relationships exist exclusively between Unlimited Workforce and its own workforce, and all client relationships exist through formal Service Agreements.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Unlimited Workforce may, at its discretion, publish promotional material or updates. All promotions may be modified or cancelled without notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
